A: Manufacture order: 4-6 weeks from date of deposit payment.
Samples order: 3 days for in stock items, to 3 weeks for new manufacturing items.
Shipment time: By sea shipment is from 20 days – 40 days depends on your destination.

| A: A: Our prices due to its nature can change from time to time. However, we’ll always try to give you best prices, base on your actual order quantity and time or order.

Please specify the product codes of your interest, or your product ranges with required budget so we can write back with recommendation. Since we have many products, please do not ask us for pricing for all of our products.

Handbags:
We use the following fabrics for handbags: silk, taffeta, velvet, jute, cotton, canvas, jean, leatherette and other fabric types.
For handbags: we use traditional hand embroidery methods, hand craft method, beaded and sequins, also machine embroidery applied, depends on designs.
Production time for handbags would be 4-6 weeks.
Minimum order quantity: 50pcs per style. We also accomodate wholesale order, at 20pcs per style with total order exceed 200pcs.
Maximum capacity: for simple styles can be up to 20,000pcs per month. For complicated designs please email for lead time.
Scarves:
Scarves are handwoven with the following materials: silk, cotton, raw silk.
Embroidery silk shawls used 100% silk fabric, and machine embroidery. Hand embroidery are available upon request.
Our woven scarves have maximum width of 80cm. Length can be adjusted to order. Most of our scarves come in 2 measurements: 40x180cm or 80x180cm, but you can also order to your size requirement.
Lead time: 3-4 weeks
Minimum order quantity: 50pcs per style. We can also accomodate wholesale order, at 20pcs per style with total order exceed 200pcs.
Maximum capacity: 30,000pcs per month
Lacquer and Bamboo:
Lacquer and bamboo are handmade. Bamboo products are made from pressed bamboo. Lacquer can use pressed bamboo or wood material. Our lacquer and bamboo products are manufactured with high quality to meet international standard requirement.
Packaging: individual carton boxes in outer carton box.
Lead time: 2 months for lacquers. 5 weeks for bamboo.
Minimum order quantity: 50pcs per style. We can also accomodate wholesale order, at 30pcs per style with total order exceed 200pcs.
Maximum capacity: 20,000pcs - 30,000pcs per month
Garments:
Our garments are made from: silk, canvas, satin, taffeta, jeans, velvet and various fabrics. Most of our fabrics are 100% silk with most colors available.
Standard sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL but we can also manufactured to customer's sizes requirements.
Lead time: 4-5 weeks.
Minimum order quantity: 50r stylpcs pee. Wholesale order, at 20pcs per style with total order exceed 200pcs.
Maximum capacity: 20,000 pcs. |

| A: A: We accept custom designs order. Minimum order quantity would be 100pcs per style, or 50pcs per style with total order exceed 200pcs. We keep all of our custom designs strictly confidential. |

| A: A: We accept private labels on our products. You can send us the labels for production, or we can help developing the woven labels, paper tag in Vietnam. |

We want you to feel completely happy about your order, so you can be assured that we’ll do everything to make sure your order arrive in time and in best conditions.
However, kindly note that our products are handmade products, so they will have handmade quality standard rather than industrial products standard. The timing is also more flexible, since handwork by nature can not be rushed or quality will be affected. However only 10% of our shipment might experience delay of no longer than 10 days for the normal lead time, for this nature. |

| A: A: All our prices are Ex-warehouse Hanoi term, with shipment extra. You can appoint your own shipping agency, or we can cordinate with our shipping agency to deliver the order. Depends on your requirement, we could ship to you by sea or air, or courier service. Please email us your destination, expected quantity or weight of your order, shipment method preferences so we can check for shipment rates at time of order delivery. |
